Fellowship Hall was
full of
hopeful antiquers who brought 120 items to be appraised.
Barbara Tufts did
the honors of
pouring the tea.
Along with Joleen
Ham.
Some of the items
up for
appraisal.
The aseball autographed
by the
entire 1951 Yankees baseball team with the treasure of the day. It was
estimated that at an auction of baseball enthusiasts could fetch up to $20,000.
Our sincere thanks
to Gerard
Herook, Antique Auctioneer and Appraiser for donating his services for the
afternoon. If you have a hidden
treasure that you would like to be appraised you can contact him at (781)
662-2555.
A big thank you as
well to Nancy
Parsons and Alice Long (not pictured) and their crew of hard workers for
putting together the Antique Show and Silver Tea.
Other items of value
included at
$5,000 guitar.
And a $3,000 British
sword from
the Revolutionary War.
